AiOS in the year 2009 |

Dear users!
The original plan was to developing and releasing AiOS 0.8 in the first half of this year. Due to the real life (and the fantastic weather ) this doesn't happen. In the meantime many users found new bugs. And I have to say that I really appreciate any bug report and suggestion.
In the past I announced that AiOS 0.7.10 will be the last 0.7.x version. But I don't want to start the final development of 0.8 before the most annoying bugs are solved. It seems that there is a conflict… I decided to solve this by developing one or more releases of the 0.7 fork. I think it's more important to have a stable extension than one with a new feature but 10 old bugs.
Furthermore I plan to develop a new website including a new forum software, which should be more informative and with less spam in the forum.
I just wanted that you know what will happen with AiOS in the nearest future…
Best regards
Ingo

I assume you meant the button in the bookmarks and history panel. It's not necessary to add the old button, because this feature is already implemented by default since Fx 3.5. You could click on the "x" icon on the right side of the textfield.

This doesn't work.. even after doing those things, AIOS still messes up the entire browser layout, you can't barely see anything, web view is barely viewable, you can only barely make out some of the sidebar, though its still possible to get into the AIOS options screen and enabled advanced mode, un-check slim list.. and assume you meant un-check all 'Optimize Layout.. ' options
retarting had no effect with those changed options..
And I don't know "use MR tech toolkit to have slim list." where is that option is in mr tech i dont' see it? either way AIOS is still fucked in Namoroka/3.6b2pre latest build I tried... which build did that work for you if those settings you mentioned actually made any difference at all.. maybe it was something?
